Step by step on how to download the Google Education/Events Calendar onto your laptop and phone:

Click HERE to add our KWRRC Education/Event Calendar (if you experience any issues, try following the steps below)
Open your web browser: Go to Google Calendar.
Sign in to your Google Account: If you are not already signed in, click on the “Sign In” button in the upper-right corner and enter your KW account credentials.
Ensure the calendar is visible:
On the left-hand side, find the “My calendars” section.
Make sure the box next to KWRRC Education/Event Calendar is checked. If it's unchecked, click the box to display the calendar.
Add a new calendar (if necessary):
If the calendar is not listed, click the "+" sign next to “Other calendars” on the left sidebar.
Choose “Subscribe to calendar” and enter the following URL: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0?cid=Y19lNjJjbDQ0anFudG52ZWsycmZha2ZmZjljc0Bncm91cC5jYWxlbmRhci5nb29nbGUuY29t
Refresh your calendar: If the calendar still doesn't appear, refresh your browser page.
Open the Google Calendar app: If you don't have it installed, go to the Google Play Store, search for "Google Calendar," and download it.
Sign in to your Google Account: If you're not already signed in, open the app and log in with your KW email address.
Check your calendars: To ensure the calendar is synced, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner.
Select “Settings”: Scroll down and choose “Manage accounts.”
Enable calendar syncing: Make sure the Google account you want is toggled on to sync its calendars.
Refresh: If you don’t see the calendar immediately, swipe down on the main calendar screen to refresh and sync.
Open the Google Calendar app: If you don’t have the app, download it from the App Store by searching for "Google Calendar."
Sign in to your Google Account: Once installed, open the app and log in with your KW email address to sync.
Enable calendar syncing: After signing in, the calendar should automatically sync. If not, go to “Settings” in the app, select “Accounts,” and ensure your Google account is selected.
Check in the iPhone Calendar app (optional): To see the calendar in the default iPhone calendar, go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts. Add your Google account if it’s not already listed and enable "Calendars" to sync it with the iPhone’s native calendar app.
