Compliance for real estate signs

• Sign colors can be 50% red & 50% white OR all red with white & black letters

• The Keller Williams DBA logo must be on all real estate signs

• "Realty River Cities" in the KW logo must be the same size or bigger than your name or logo

• The ownership statement "Each office is independently owned and operated" must be present and be at least 0.5 inches (preferred location is 1 inch from the bottom of the panel)

• The office phone number must be listed on any marketing material (706) 221-6900
